Yes, Oasis Cove Marina & Lodging offers 87-octane, ethanol-free ValvTect fuel at our on-site gas dock. While you’re here, you can also stop by the ship store for beer, snacks, ice, and Douglas Lake apparel before heading back out on the water.
Oasis Cove Marina & Lodging provides fuel service for all boats that come into the marina. Our boat slips can accommodate boats up to 28 feet in length, making them suitable for a wide range of recreational boats on Douglas Lake.
Oasis Cove Marina & Lodging is a seasonal marina. Due to changing lake levels, the marina typically operates from May 1st through October 31st, or until water levels drop and the marina beaches completely. Toward the beginning and end of the season, hours and access can vary, so we recommend calling ahead to check current conditions and availability.
Yes, Oasis Cove Marina & Lodging has an on-site boat ramp available for use. There is a $5 launch fee, and please note that trailer parking is limited, so availability may vary during busy times.
Oasis Cove Marina & Lodging is located on a quiet cove of Douglas Lake while still being within driving distance of popular nearby towns and attractions. We are about 15 minutes from Dandridge, approximately 45 minutes from Pigeon Forge, around one hour from Gatlinburg, and roughly one hour from Knoxville. Guests enjoy the peaceful lake setting while having easy access to dining, shopping, and attractions within a short drive.
At Oasis Cove Marina & Lodging, reservations are required for boat rentals, cabins, and boat slips. Fuel service does not require a reservation and boats are welcome to pull up to the gas dock as needed. Boat slip availability for walk-ins may be limited, so we recommend reserving in advance whenever possible.
Yes, Oasis Cove Marina & Lodging is a family-friendly marina. We play family-appropriate music and maintain a clean, quiet environment so guests of all ages can enjoy their time on Douglas Lake comfortably and safely.
The ship store at Oasis Cove Marina & Lodging offers a variety of convenient items for boaters and guests. You’ll find snacks, drinks, beer, ice, ice cream, and Dippin’ Dots, along with Douglas Lake apparel and other essentials. On weekends, we also offer hot dogs. Fuel is available at the on-site gas dock, making it easy to grab what you need and get back out on the lake.
Yes, Oasis Cove Marina & Lodging enforces quiet hours to help maintain a peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM and are strictly enforced so all guests can relax and enjoy their time on Douglas Lake.
