Oasis Cove Marina & Lodging provides fuel service for all boats that come into the marina. Our boat slips can accommodate boats up to 28 feet in length, making them suitable for a wide range of recreational boats on Douglas Lake.

Due to changing lake levels, the marina typically operates from May 1st through October 31st, or until water levels drop and the marina beaches completely. Toward the beginning and end of the season, hours and access can vary, so we recommend calling ahead to check current conditions and availability.

Yes, Oasis Cove Marina & Lodging has an on-site boat ramp available for use. There is a $5 launch fee, and please note that trailer parking is limited, so availability may vary during busy times.

We are about 15 minutes from Dandridge, approximately 45 minutes from Pigeon Forge, around one hour from Gatlinburg, and roughly one hour from Knoxville. Guests enjoy the peaceful lake setting while having easy access to dining, shopping, and attractions within a short drive.

At Oasis Cove Marina & Lodging, reservations are required for boat rentals, cabins, and boat slips. Fuel service does not require a reservation and boats are welcome to pull up to the gas dock as needed. Boat slip availability for walk-ins may be limited, so we recommend reserving in advance whenever possible.
